How to Register In order to begin to watch TV programming on your computer, tablet or mobile device you must register for a valid username and password. Visit www.watchtveverywhere.ca and select Tbaytel from the dropdown list as your TV provider. Click Register and proceed with the subscriber validation process by entering your Tbaytel TV account number from your bill along with your full name as it appears on your bill statement. To complete the validation process enter the verification code in the box that is displayed to the right of the verification code field.
Once that information is entered proceed with entering your user information and create a password. Click the Register button at the bottom of the page. Once you have done this you will receive a verification email in your inbox to validate your sign up process. Click the link in the email you receive to complete the sign up process and you are done. You will only need to register for a username and password once.
Finding your Customer Account Number Your TV account number is 10 digits and can be found on the first page of your Telecommunications bill. The account holder name also appears on the first page of the bill and it will need to be entered exactly the same with capitals etc. during the watchtveverywhere.ca registration process.
Sharing Account Information Family members residing in the same household can log in to watchtveverywhere.ca using the same username and password that was created during registration. It is essential to not share your username and password with individuals who do not reside in the same household. If Tbaytel determines that your login information has been shared with individuals outside of your household your account will be locked preventing further use of the service.
Forgot your Password If you have forgotten your watchtveverywhere password you will need to visit the website www.watchtveverywhere.ca and click login. Below the Login button is a link “Forgot your password?” that will send an email to your inbox in order to reset your password. Please follow the onscreen instructions and enter your original watchtveverywhere username.
