Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Fort Frances - April 23

In order to prepare for Tbaytel 5G, this spring Mobility customers in the Fort Frances area will experience degradation to their Tbaytel LTE service throughout the day on April 23rd. Customers experiencing no service outside the indicated area or outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again.

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - McIntyre - April 9-26

In order to prepare for Tbaytel 5G, this spring Mobility customers in the McIntyre ward, between John Street Rd. and Dawson Rd, will experience degradation to their Tbaytel LTE service from time to time. Work is anticipated to take place between April 9 - April 26. Customers experiencing no service outside the indicated area or outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their Tbaytel equipment for 30 seconds before powering back on again.
