Maintenance of Tbaytel systems and networks is necessary to ensure Tbaytel delivers quality service to you, our valued customers. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to make significant improvements to our Network to ensure we are meeting your expectations. Troubleshooting Tip: If you are experiencing a loss of service outside of a maintenance window; power off the affected Tbaytel equipment, then power it back on after 30 seconds. For step-by-step instructions, visit the Support section and select the affected product.


Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Fort Frances - Oct 16-Dec 1

Between October 16th through to December 1st Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Mobility services in Fort Frances. During the maintenance some customers may experience intermittent service degradation in the area near Fort Frances High School with no outage expected.


Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Rainy River - Dec 5

Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Mobility services with work taking place December 5th between the hours of 1:00am to 3:00am.  During this maintenance Mobility customers in the Rainy River area experience a loss of service lasting up to 15 minutes. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.

Maintenance Alert - Mobility - Highway 17 - Dec 5

Tbaytel will be performing maintenance to its Mobility services with work taking place December 5th between the hours of 6:00am to 8:00am.  During this maintenance Mobility customers travelling along Highway 17 between Thunder Bay and Kenora may experience a loss of LTE services for the duration of the maintenance with no outage expected. Customers experiencing no service outside the maintenance window are asked to power off their mobile device for 30 seconds before powering it back on again.
