Your phone says "no service".

No service may also appear as "no signal".

Here are a few possible reasons for loss of cellular service:

  • You're out of range of cellular coverage.
  • You're experiencing a hardware problem. Power off your phone for 30 seconds before powering it on again. If issues continue visit your local Tbaytel Authorized Dealer.
  • You're experiencing a network problem. Contact Tbaytel Technical Support by calling 807-623-4400.
