Improving Accessability

To support the goals of the Accessible Canada Act, Tbaytel is accepting feedback on ways we can improve accessibility. Tbaytel's Accessibility Officer, located at 1046 Lithium Drive, Thunder Bay, Ontario, P7B 6G3, is responsible for addressing any feedback provided.

Feedback will be accepted through our online form, email, and telephone. This feedback description conforms with Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) but we can also provide it to you in print, large print, Braille, audio or electronic format if you need it. To request an alternative format, please use one of our accessibility feedback channels.

You can submit your feedback anonymously but we won't be able to acknowledge that we received it. If you would like us to follow up with you or if you have questions for us, we can better assist you if you provide your name and contact information. By providing your contact information, you will agree to the collection, use and storage of your personal information so we can respond to you and improve our services.
